What does Codeli consider to be “Confidential Information”?

What Confidential Information do we collect?
We collect only the Confidential Information that we need to properly identify your company and any persons authorized by you to access or use our trading platform and Exchange. This information is collected to (a) open and manage your account, and (b) to satisfy regulatory requirements.
We will normally collect Confidential Information directly from you or from persons or entities that you consent to providing us such information, or as authorized by law. Account opening functions are primarily conducted through our Canadian entities.
Consent
By requesting access to our services, we assume that you consent to the collection of the Confidential Information that we require in order to open the account.
